Refund and Return Policy

At Babu Meat Shop, we aim to provide fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meat products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is designed to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
1. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, as our products are perishable and cannot be resold.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered.

Damaged or spoiled product upon delivery.

Order cancelled before processing.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them by calling us directly.

Once your order is packed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
